Services Description
Johnnie Hash Agency operates as a creative and talent agency. Our website allows prospective talent to apply for representation ("Sign Up"), allows users to browse our talent roster ("Our Faces"), and allows clients to request talent for creative projects ("Book Now" and "Need Creative?").
User Accounts and Registration

Accuracy: Whether you are signing up as talent or registering to make a booking, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.

Age Requirements: If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to sign up as talent or use our services.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your account information confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.
Talent Representation and Bookings

Talent: Submitting an application via the "Sign Up" page does not guarantee representation by Johnnie Hash Agency. Representation is subject to our review and the signing of a separate Talent Representation Agreement.

Clients: Submitting a booking request via "Book Now" is an inquiry, not a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed once both parties have signed a separate Booking Agreement and any required deposits or fees (as outlined on our "Pricing" page) have been paid.

Circumvention: Clients and talent introduced through Johnnie Hash Agency agree not to bypass the agency to book directly with one another. All bookings resulting from introductions made by us must be processed through the agency.
Intellectual Property

Website Content: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and website design, is the property of Johnnie Hash Agency or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Talent Media: By uploading photos or portfolios to our site, talent grants Johnnie Hash Agency a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute these materials for promotional and booking purposes. You warrant that you own the rights to the images you submit.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose. You may not use the website to:

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
